This friendly match ended in a draw, both teams gaining 109 shots. Although Wokingham won on four of the six rinks, Peppard's two winning rinks were spectacular to force the draw.

Peter Watkins' rink must be congratulated in gaining a "Hotshot" in their win.

This mid-week league fixture provided a nail-biting finish with Peppard coming out winners by 84 shots to 82. This was a significant win for Peppard and possibly the first time they have beaten their local rivals. The teams shared the league points 6 each. The most significant win for Peppard was on rink 5 where Lynn davis, Shep and Tony Reid beat the opposition by 26 shots to 13.

This Plomer Cup match ended in a good win for Peppard by 100 shots to 68. Peppard also gained 10 league points against Wallingford's 2. Peppard won convincingly on rink 6 where Barry Smart's team were only once behind and ran out comfortable winners by 29 shots to 6. There was another good win on rink 5 where Elaine Roberts led her team to a win by 18 shots to 10.

Peppard got off to a bad start in this match losing 2 league points and 5 shots before the game began as we failed to field a full team. The match was therefore reduced to just four triples. However, despite that setback Peppard still managed a win by 74 shots to 72. Best win of the afternoon for Peppard was on Barry Smart's rink which won by 25 shots to 15.

Bank Holiday Monday saw Peppard achieve a solid win in the friendly against Maiden Erleigh. Peppard won on all five rinks and overall by 115 shots to 72.

There were two high scoring rinks. John Rees led his rink to a 29-11 win and David Jennings' team managed a 26-10 victory.

This friendly was played in an excellent atmosphere with both sides enjoying the afternoon. Almshouses tipped the scales at the end to win by 53 shots to 51. Peppard's team selection was interesting in that each rink fielde a husband & wife duo. Luckily no blood was spilt!

Peppard travelled to Aldermaston for this new friendly fixture. Peppard won overall by 101 shots to 87 and by 3 rinks to two.Peppard's highest winning rink was skipped by Gordon Richens whose team sailed to a convincing start, leading 19-1 at the 9th end. Despite a comeback by AWRE in the second half, Peppard still won the rink by 28-11.
